experienced and competitive Account Executive who thrives in a
fast-paced sales cycle environment. You have experience selling
innovative digital design and development services for web, mobile
and emerging technologies. You know how to make connections with
new businesses so that the Tribe can grow. If you are the
successful candidate, you will play a fundamental role in achieving
our ambitious new customer acquisition and revenue growth
objectives.WHAT YOULL DO
- Establish, maintain and manage relationships with customers by
offering insightful and strategic input to their business
- Maintain an ongoing list of strategic target accounts, identify
key players, and generate interest in TribalScale services.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
and various outbound activities (cold calls, email, events)
- Maximize social media for prospecting
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Keep up-to-date on market trends and technology to maintain
industry credibility
- Accurately forecast revenues; increase revenue for key accounts
and ensure customer success
- Collaborate with our delivery team (design, product and
engineering) to qualify and scope opportunities as necessary
- Support proposal writing processRequirements
- 1-3 years of proven sales experience with a focus on the
digital service industry.
- Experience selling innovative digital design and development
services for web, mobile and emerging technologies
- Excellent communications skills, able to craft written email
communications at different levels of the sales funnel
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while seeking new
opportunities
- Ability to understand client needs, and negotiate costs and
services
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
effectively
- Experience working with Salesforce, HubSpot or similar CRM
- Proficient user of productivity tools; Slack, G Suite,

- Helping TribalScale grow its reputation, business and people
through Sales, Marketing Projects, Leadership Management, and
Mentorship
- Provide leadership, direction and management to both the
Marketing and Sales team in a manner that ensures exceptional
service to all clients
- Create, set and help achieve short and long term goals for the
Sales and Marketing team that align with the overall TribalScale
Company Goals.
- Creating, implementing and contributing to the development of
both the Marketing and Sales strategies
- Responsible for fiscal management of sales and marketing plans,
budgets, and progress reports
- Building a strategic sales pipeline along with creating and
setting sales targets for the Business Development Reps, Account
Executives and Account Managers
- Creating, implementing and maintaining a cohesive sales process
for both inbound and outbound client pipelines
- Develop and implement a cohesive B2B marketing strategy to
increase brand awareness and generate more clients
- Responsible for managing and developing your direct reports,
providing guidance and support for their growth.
- Establish clear sales metrics and benchmarks for measuring
progress and maintaining focus; creates a marketing plan to track,
measure and analyze company performance
- Setting overall strategy and process for achieving those goals,
set up metrics for marketing and social media, strategy to get
there and measuring
- Participate in the recruitment process for the Sales and
Marketing team including interviews, training, and performance
reviews
- Building relationships with media and stakeholders through
creative strategiesREQUIREMENTS
- 4-6 years of experience in a Sales position.
- 2+ years of experience Marketing position.
- 2+ years in a Sales or Marketing leadership role.
- Strong knowledge and vision of the technology market and
industry and how a sales organization works
- Experience and knowledge of working in a consulting and/or
professional services industry
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to
guide high performing teams using persuasion and influence (rather
than command and control)
- Strong proficiency and confidence in identifying and analyzing
KPIs then providing action items to ensure the sustainability of
your game from a revenue and growth perspective
- Experience with CRM softwares and techniques (Salesforce,
HubSpot, etc.)
- In-depth knowledge of selling methods and strategies, as well
as employee motivation techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service
skills.
- Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking
skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
effectively
- Experience working in a variety of organizations (start-up,
corporate, agency/consultancy)
