A partner of ours is a growing SaaS company that's building a sales team. They are hiring ambitious Sales Development Representatives to work directly with our VP of Sales to accelerate growth. If you've had some sales experience and are looking to move into the tech space, rapidly grow your career (and income), read on. -What We DoOur partner helps solve a massive problem at just about any company: people don't understand how to use their health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits. That increases health care costs and makes people's lives worse. Their software creates engaging education that empowers people to make the most of their benefits. It feels a bit like Instagram stories, and it truly changes peoples' lives. -What You'll DoThey are profitable, growing quickly, and it's time to scale. Your job will be to work directly with the VP of Sales and Account Team to execute our go-to-market strategy and accelerate our growth. - -You won't be entering a cookie-cutter sales team where you'll be a cog on a dashboard, you'll be a critical part of the team from day one. They are an entirely remote team, so you'll be expected to be disciplined in your role and upkeep your responsibilities with the support of your extended team. In your role, you'll: - -

  • Research new leads in our target markets
  • Perform high volume cold outreach (calling, emailing, social)
  • Schedule demos for your Account Team
  • Attend demos and conduct follow-ups as part of your training to become an Account Executive
  • You'll be on a rapid promotion track, within 6 to 12 months, you'll have the opportunity to move to an Account Executive position, where you'll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting, nurturing, delivering demos, negotiating contract terms, and closing new business.
  • You'll help scale their sales function to a larger team by contributing to interviewing -Skills & Experience You'll Need
    • Some sales experience

    • Excited to prospect (cold call/email) - -
    • Impeccable written and verbal communication - -impeccable
    • 4 Year Bachelor's degree
    • Grit in spades
