Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time Digital Sales Manager for the US Hispanic market. The position is based in our NYC office. The main focus is to generate new business and provide a high level of customer service to clients. Responsibilities include building relationships with media agencies, advertisers, trading-desks, and understanding how to best position Digo's media solution to drive sales.The candidate will work hand and hand with advertisers and agencies to build and maintain strong relationships. Ideal candidates must have experience in digital advertising sales, and in the programmatic field, experience in the U.S. Hispanic market is a must. The candidate should be able to translate client goals and objectives into effective online advertising experiences. The role will be responsible for managing campaigns through the full Sales cycle - from RFP response to post-IO execution.Responsibilities

  • Generate new business and develop creative and strategic media plans and RFP responses that meet advertiser KPIs, including pricing, targeting, and inventory needs -
  • Own operational processes in their entirety (managing the kick-off call, campaign implementation, strategizing, reconciliation, performance optimization, and evaluation) -
  • Directly communicate with clients to determine goals, create parameters and set appropriate expectations -
  • Attend client meetings to understand partner goals and objectives and present new business opportunities
  • Attend digital marketing and advertising events to reach out to potential buyers -
  • Provide regular account updates, performance notes, and consistent reporting to clients and internally
  • Work with Trafficking & Optimization teams to ensure campaigns are set up successfully and performing their best Work with all internal departments on the development and implementation of campaigns -
  • Monitor and report campaign performance to ensure delivery and billing -
  • Present campaign results via Data Studio, Datorama, and Slides presentationsQualifications
    • Proven sales performance with agencies, trading desks, and direct to advertisers
    • Experience working with data management platforms (DMP), data exchanges, ad networks, demand-side platforms (DSP), agency trading desks, and ad servers
    • Accountability/Ownership through all stages of client business: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and maintaining close partnerships thereafter -
    • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment -
    • 4-6 years of experience in media planning or client service role at an ad network, advertising agency, or large publisher required -
    • Bachelor's Degree required -
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills -
    • Demonstrated ability to work with a broad range of internal and external clients, understanding of cross-channel media, rich media formats and video, including MRAID, VAST, VPAID -
    • Experience working with viewability & verification vendors such as DoubleVerify - -
    • Strong computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint -
    • A strong ability to perform independently and remotely while working in a team environment
    • Proactive, energetic and have excellent follow-through skills -
    • Fluent in Spanish is a plus
