Overall Purpose: - AVP Sales Mobility - Directs the overall sales organization in assigned area. -Key Roles and Responsibilities: --- - - -Leading Mid Markets direct sales responsible for mobility CRU, MAP, & IOT performance across the largest Mid-Market customer base. - --- - - -Building strategic large customer relationships, developing complex solutions, and orchestrating sophisticated deployments will be necessary. --- - - -Responsible for focusing on Mobility revenue growth, net adds, and positive competitive port ratios associated with assigned accounts. --- - - -Responsible for managing the sales achievement of the organization's objective for products or services in a large defined area or large product segment. --- - - -May also have responsibility for service, technical sales consultants, and product sales specialists. --- - - -Monitors and ensures achievement of area growth, market share, opportunities for growth, and key target accounts. --- - - -Accomplishes results through Sales Managers and Directors. --- - - -Responsible for meeting assigned revenue, expense and marketing objectives. --- - - -Manages budget and reallocates funds where appropriate. --- - - -Review and modifies sales plans to ensure they meet corporate direction and strategy. --- - - -Broad knowledge of business, industry and company necessary to solve unique and highly complex problems that may span across multiple functions. --- - - -Works on extremely complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangible factors across multiple functions and manages employees from multiple disciplines. --- - - -Responsible for functions, organizations, locations, products and /or technical disciplines. --- - - -Decides, sets and implements short-term and limited long- term strategy plans developed by Senior Management. --- - - -Typically reports to Senior Management Level. Education: Typically a Bachelors or Advanced degree is preferred. Experience: Typically requires 10 or more years of experience and t least two years of management responsibility. Supervisory: Yes. Our AVP Sales Mobility Employee -s earn between $125,200.00 to $208,700.00 + $100,000.00 in commissions when sales goals are met.
