Job Description:
Required Experience:- 5+ years' experience in sales

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Lead Foodservice Sales for a Company whose purpose is Service,
Quality and Family. Our client began operating in 2001 with a
simple goal: to provide quality fresh food products with the
highest level of customer service in a state-of-the-art facility.
Together with a great team of employees, the family has established
itself as one of the premier fresh food distributors in South
Florida. It has infrastructure of a national company, while
maintaining the entrepreneurial spirit necessary to respond quickly
to local need. What began as a team of approximately 30 employees
has grown to a full-service operation selling customers in
foodservice, wholesale, cruise ship and exporting segments. The
main facility is now over 100,000 square feet with more than 170
employees.
Responsibilities:
--- Report to the President and lead and direct team of
approximately sales associates including, but not limited to,
monitoring and evaluating individual performance
--- Accountable for sales and gross profit plans for the
foodservice business
--- Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that
ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
--- Work to support sales KPI's while growing the business
--- Prepare action plans for individuals and teams to execute on
sales leads and prospects
--- Lead development of action planning to penetrate new
markets
--- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans
as needed
--- Conduct sales update meetings on a regular basis
--- Assure execution of department goals and maintain
accountability
--- Provide solid Customer Relationship Management
--- Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding
performance
--- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed
prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while
striving to maintain maximum profit margin
--- Assist Sales Associates in preparation of proposals and
presentations
--- Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
--- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics
codesKnowledge & Skills--- Bachelor's degree in Business or related
field
--- 5+ years' experience in sales
--- 5+ years' in food distribution
--- Experience working in a high growth business
