Job Description:

• Effectively communicate with customers in a timely manner during the time of pick up and drop off between the AM or PM shifts.
• Effectively handle pick up and drop off for customers with the help of a dispatcher who will create a route for you.
• Effectively communicate the needs of the brand to potential customers such as residential and apartment buildings during your on-site job by introducing the services to Managers and collecting the correct point of contact information.
• Proactively following up with customer requests or dispatchers and communicating to the parties to ensure a successful experience.
• Identify and relay critical follow-ups/clarifications to appropriate team members.
• Build a positive working relationship with customers and vendors.Requrements
  • Fluency in Englisgh and Spanish
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, quickly learn on the job and work independently.
  • Currently enrolled in a 4 year program
  • Have a 4 door sedan with a valid driver license
  • Previous operational/communications experience (preferable but not mandatory).
  • Flexible to work 4 hours in the morning or 4 hours in the evening across weekdays and weekends
  • Strong skills using communication platforms
