Customer Service Representative
Hybrid out of our Miami HQ
Hours are 8:30 - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday

If so, you should join our amazing FSBO ("Fiz-bo") team as our newest Customer Service Representative!

What You'll Do:
Handle inbound calls and emails from our customers to provide world-class customer service.
Work within a vibrant and dynamic customer contact center - our team members work together in a fast-paced call-hub environment!
Provide active phone outreach to our For Sale By Owner (FSBO) clients, confirming their happiness with our service and driving renewal and upsell revenue.
Meticulously update SalesForce and spreadsheets to track the great work you and the team is competing

What You Should Have:
You have amazing communication skills and can communicate with a wide variety of customers via phone and email and always ensure you are providing world-class customer service
With your solid understanding of computers and websites, you can easily navigate a variety of tools AND you can help others with technical issues remotely
You put customers at ease over the phone and are able to handle even the most difficult customer and turn it into a positive experience for them!
You are the ultimate teammate - you enjoy being a part of a team; you pitch in and help out wherever is needed; you ask and answer questions easily; you enjoy striving towards team achievements!
You might have some experience or knowledge of SalesForce and how to use it at a basic level - but if not we'll train you on it!

You have a positive attitude, even when faced with problems or disgruntled customers; no matter what's going on, you always strive for top customer service to all who you interact with
You are self-motivated - you can see a problem and fix it. You can prioritize your own work and don't need to be asked twice to do something.
You are goal-orientated and love crossing things off your to-do list!
