Working with a large company that is looking to add to their Customer Service / Sales Team.
Looking for a Candidate that has:
-working knowledge of excel, word, powerpoint, Dynamics D365 a plus
-knowledge or experience with letter of credits
-preferably college grad with business or accounting background
-filing/invoicing/ ordering office supplies experience
-knowledge or experience with shipment documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, bill of ladings, certificate of origins, inspection certificates.
-customer service or account management experience preferred.
-experience with managing office expenses preferred.
-professional attitude
-be able to communicate in written and verbally concisely.

Requirements

  At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

  Ability to use the internet for research

  Proficiency with diverse computer applications and experience with contract database systems

  Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
