BrainBox AI -utilizes self-adapted artificial intelligence technology to proactively optimize the energy consumption of one of the largest climate change contributors: Buildings. -Our AI engine supports a self-operating building that requires no human intervention. Using deep learning, cloud-based computing, and our proprietary process, our solution autonomously optimizes existing Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) control systems for maximum impact on energy consumption. -
An exciting opportunity awaits the right candidate to be part of a fast-growing company. In this brand-new role, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Professional with excellent interpersonal skills to own the sales strategy and execution for the multi-site retail and commercial vertical.
What you will do -

  • Present, educate and promote our product/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Identify and pursue new accounts while managing sales pipeline for multi-site retail and select commercial clients across Southeast US.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Drive cross-functional customer stakeholders and internal processes to accelerate the sales cycle and time-to-value for the customer.
  • Deliver on KPIs aligned with the sales pipeline advancement to signed agreements.
  • Work effectively and build relationships across functions such as engineering, marketing, business development, solutions architects, services, and evangelists to achieve business goals.

    What you will need to be successful---

    • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or related discipline from an accredited university or college.
    • 10+ years of sales experience in Software as a Service, IoT products and managed services, or similar, and having a demonstrated track record of organic sales growth in the retail vertical.
    • Demonstrated experience and strong industry profile of selling solutions to multi-site retail customers in Southeast US.
    • Enterprise sales track record of successfully positioning SaaS business models from prospection to implementation.
    • Strong experience working with CRM platforms and an established list of customer contacts and strong relationships.
    • Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and motivate internal teams and external relationships.
    • Ability to work autonomously in a demanding and sometimes ambiguous environment.
    • Ability and willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
