Business Development & Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities: Work with businesses to develop their
telecommunication services and showcase our new product offerings
Understand the products and services that our company offers to
educate business owners Articulate customized growth strategies and
efficiency improvements to existing and prospective clients
Cultivate new accounts and expand current ones by building and
maintaining enduring customer relationships Address concerns,
pinpoint inquiries, understand customers needs, and provide support
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue and ensure
