engages warm leads and sets appointments for our financial
advisors. You’ll focus on relationship-building, qualifying leads,
and contributing directly to the firm’s growth . This is perfect
for professionals with 1–3 years of sales or client-facing
experience who are ambitious, goal-oriented, and looking to advance
into an advisory role. Responsibilities: Contact prospective
clients and schedule advisor meetings Collect financial information
and assess needs Maintain consistent follow-up to drive conversions
Keep CRM records updated and accurate Collaborate with advisory and
administrative teams Represent Guerra professionally at events
Assist with team projects and administrative tasks Continue
learning to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills
Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in sales, business
development, or appointment setting Bilingual English/Spanish
preferred Financial experience and certifications/licenses a plus
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow into an advisor role

financial advisors. Accurate and timely CRM updates and prospect
tracking. Measurable contribution to business growth through sales
performance. Strong collaboration with advisory and administrative
teams. Professional, client-focused communication at all times.
Schedule: Full-time, role based in Miami, FL . Standard weekday
hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support.
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 Annually (Base Salary Uncapped
Commission Bonuses) Competitive pay structure with uncapped earning
potential based on performance and appointments scheduled.
