About the Role: Were looking for a dynamic, driven Junior Sales Representative to strengthen our inside sales operations and grow with us in the booming HVAC industry. What Youll Do: Support the sales team with lead generation, client outreach, and proactive follow-ups Manage customer orders, assist in preparing quotes and custom proposals Build strong product expertise and contribute to solution-based selling strategies Partner closely with Account Managers to nurture and expand client relationships Collaborate with the marketing team to bring promotions and campaigns to life What Were Looking For: At least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or administrative support Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Fast learner with a positive, can-do attitude and a team-first spirit Comfortable using Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong bonus!
