Job Description:
Global Payments Inc., a leading worldwide provider of payment
technology and software solutions, is seeking a dynamic Outside
Sales Executive to join our sales team. This role is pivotal in
delivering innovative services to our customers globally and
driving our market expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and
existing clients, understanding their needs, and proposing
customized payment solutions that help enhance their business
operations. Identify and target new business opportunities within
the banking, insurance, and investment sectors. Develop and
maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential client
organizations. Perform market analysis to identify trends and track
competitor activities within the industry. Prepare and deliver
presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients. Negotiate
contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Work closely
with product teams to ensure client requirements are met. Meet and
exceed annual sales targets. Provide timely and effective solutions
aligned with clients' needs. Proven sales expertise Strong
negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop strong client relationships Solid understanding
of banking, insurance, or investment sectors High-level proficiency
with CRM software and MS Office Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Certified Sales Professional (CSP) desired
Any relevant financial services industry certifications
