role involves applying the nursing process to deliver patient care
effectively. You will be accountable for the care provided to your
assigned patients and will assess the overall quality of care

Position Details: Qualifications: Education: Completion of a
nursing program (Associate’s Degree, Diploma, or BSN) Licensure:
Must obtain and maintain a current RN license in the state of
employment or a compact license, fulfilling all state board
requirements Experience: Relevant nursing experience preferred
Certifications: Basic Life Support certification from the American
Heart Association or completion of the course within 30 days of
hire Additional certifications may be required based on the
specific unit or position, including: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life
Support) NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) ENPC (Emergency
Nursing Pediatric Course) TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) CPHON
(Certified Pediatric/Hematology/Oncology Nurse) OCN (Oncology
Certified Nurse) PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) PEARS
(Pediatric Assessment Recognition and Stabilization) S.T.A.B.L.E.
(Six Assessment & Care Modules) C-EFM (Fetal Monitor Certification)
Other unit-specific certifications as necessary Physical
Requirements: Ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50 lbs
Prolonged standing and walking required during shifts Capability to
grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed for job duties
