Job Description:

Independent digital media agency is seeking a strong Biddable Media/Paid Search Manager with solid eComm experience to join its team. While the agency is located in Manhattan, this employee can work remotely from anywhere in the US.

  • Directly manage of eCommerce strategies across related platforms, such as: Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Google Shopping, Criteo, Quotient, Instacart and Social commerce
  • Leverage research tools and agency resources to develop and implement strategic recommendations that exceed client goals
  • Manage campaign set-up, including testing methodologies, reporting requirements, campaign construction best-practice, performance forecasting, and optimization recommendations, ensuring maximum impact and efficiency of each campaign
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform planning and optimization for future media and content strategies
  • Oversee the work of junior team members reporting into this position and foster their professional growth
  • Manage bids and budgets, test and optimize keywords and creative; maintain forecasts and goal metric tracking
  • Create and implement tests to achieve actionable results and improve campaign performance
  • Analyze and translate data from web analytics into an actionable plans/recommendations
  • Ensure that the latest search/social innovations are applied and best practices are employed
  • Serve as subject matter expert on monthly client reporting calls and special projects.
    Required Skills And Expertise
    • 2-4+ years experience within Digital Media, specifically inclusive of Paid Search and 2+ years of recent, direct management of eCommerce Media campaigns
    • Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Shopping; work with YouTube, Performance Max and Discovery Ads is beneficial
    • Experience creating audience targeting segment, utilizing 1st and 3rd party data sets
    • Experience planning and executing endemic and programmatic paid digital campaigns
    • Strong project management skills
    • Account/client management experience
    • Ability to synthesize data/results, identify trends/key findings to assist in to achieve clients' marketing and communications objectives
    • Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
    • Exceptional project management skills and attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask and manage time efficiently
    • Knowledge of web analytics, metrics and tools/platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
    • Highly advanced Excel Skills, proficiency with PowerPoint
    • Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills
    • Passion for digital media and related technology and innovation
