  Summary
  The Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse / RN who, using critical thinking skills, coordinates the clinical activities within the Department and collaborates with other members of the health care team. Assistant Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse / RN who directly and indirectly supervises the care rendered by all department staff members. She/he assumes house supervision duties as assigned
  Qualifications
  Licensed Registered Nurse / RN , State of Florida
  BSN preferred
  BLS/CPR certification (American Heart or equivalent)
  ACLS certification (American Heart or equivalent)
  Successful completion of Basic EKG course
  Certifications specific to areas of expertise
